Your personal details are not stored on any part of my site.

Quotations
All quotations are given in good faith and are subject to completion of a satisfactory proposal form and acceptance by the mortgage or insurance company. It is the proposer's responsibility to answer all questions honestly, correctly and to disclose any material facts to your adviser. Any inaccurate completion or non disclosure can lead to a declined mortgage or non-payment of an insurance claim.
Policy Documents
Policy documents will be issued to clients at the address stated on the proposal form. All policies and documents must be checked by the policyholder for accuracy and suitability. Any errors notified to me will then be rectified.

I do not disclose any information provided by you to third parties, except as detailed below, unless I am required to by law or any court order.

In order to provide you with quotations and/or insurance cover I will disclose various details about you to insurance companies and mortgage lenders.
Product updates
I will keep your name, address and contact details on our database and may from time to time use that information to make you aware of additional products, services and developments in the insurance and mortgage sector generally which may be of interest to you. Modifying and removing personal information

Such removal may not be possible until any current contracts of insurance with you have expired.
